Return and Refund Policy

Consultation fees paid by client at www.waltersantos.com are refundable if client notifies us via email to admin@waltersantos.com of the appointment cancellation at least 48 hours prior to the appointment. If notification of the appointment cancellation is not possible at least 48 hours prior to the appointment, www.waltersantos.com will make every effort to reschedule the missed scheduled appointment within the next 30 (thirty) days. After the scheduled appointment, all payments are final.
